If you are looking to have a training program customized to you and your fitness goals without the nutrition plan included this is the plan for you. This program does NOT include weekly check ins. This is a weekly training plan that you can follow as long as you would like. I recommend following this plan for 4-8 weeks before starting a new workout plan so that you get better and stronger with the movements over 4-8 weeks, aiming to increase the weight as you feel you can (progressive overload). Changing things up will keep things exciting, preventing you from getting board of the same exercises. Our bodies adapt to food and exercise, so a change up allows the body to be challenged all over again with fresh exercises, helping you reach your goals. If there is an exercise you cannot perform or wish to have changed, I will do one modification to the plan free of charge. I will send you a preliminary questionnaire to gather all of your information so that I can create a plan tailored to best fit you!

This package includes a fully customized diet plan (meal plan or macronutrient plan) based on whole foods you enjoy, a customized 4 week training plan, weekly online check ins with a 24 hour response time, adjustments to your plan as needed, and daily support. Training should be efficient and effective. I try to keep weight training sessions 45 minutes to an hour at most. You will email me the check in form provided each week so we can track your progress. I will also email you information about macro/calorie tracking, different food options, a list of supplement suggestions that are completely optional, my favorite fitness products, workout information and more so that you can gain more knowledge about fitness along the way. One time custom 7 day meal plan designed to create healthy eating habits that will include whole foods you love. This is a great way to get you started working towards your goals, whether that be weight loss, food for building muscle or a plan to help you get back on track. If you wish to get an additional nutrition plan to switch things up day by day or week by week, every additional meal plan will be $40 dollars.
An in gym session will include either going through a workout plan you have been provided with to show you how to perform exercises with proper form or I will instruct you throughout a full workout while monitoring your form. Please let me know in advance what you would like to focus on if you would like to have me there to help motivate you through a workout I put together for that session.
